Outgoing, professional and articulate customer relations executive need for our busy fun customer relations team.

Main Function of Job

The job holder is responsible for ensuring that customer complaints, enquiries and queries are investigated and answered promptly, and also for maintaining good customer relations with account and credit card clients.

Main Duties

  • Dealing with customer complaints and queries in accordance with the company quality procedure.
  • Contacting established customers to check on service levels.
  • Monitoring client usage.
  • Processing of credit notes.
  • Maintaining a legible and easily retrievable filing system on all account queries.
  • Ensuring clients details and requirements are current.
  • Pro-actively and re-actively managing a number of corporate accounts.

People Dealt With

  • Communicating with all Departmental Managers.
  • Liaising on a day to day basis with Customer Relations Manager.
  • Control staff - Re: live problems or queries.

Equipment Used

  • Call recording/monitoring, computer system, tracking system, Microsoft Office and bespoke IT system to check on job and account details.
  • E-mail to communicate with customers.
