Management Accountant
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Addison Lee are seeking an outgoing, professional, friendly and project orientated Management Accountant to come and work for us on a Maternity Contract. The role will comprise of working directly for the Finance Director for a period of at least 9 months. It will suit an individual who is experienced and is happy to work autonomously as well as working as part of a team. Personality is key. We are looking for an outgoing, hardworking, professional and fun person that can get on with and influence people at all levels.
Addison Lee (based NW1) was established in 1975 and is today the market leader in moving people and parcels in London. As well as London's largest minicab fleet, we also offer courier services, coach travel and international deliveries, making us one of Europe's leading ground transportation companies.
Duties will be extremely varied and will mostly involve ad hoc projects that will comprise of dealing with the whole of the Finance department. Although you will not have any direct reports, it is vital that you are a team player and can gain the trust of your colleagues and seniors. Projects will involve budgeting, forecasting and helping to roll out a new IT system within the department. In addition to this you will have involvement in reviews, reconciliations, queries and returns etc.
The right person for the role will be experienced/ and /or qualified (part), will have Advanced Excel skills and be highly pro-active. We are seeking an individual who is personable, positive, flexible and a true problem solver.
This role will pay a salary of £40,000-£45,000 P/A (pro-rata/ benefits to be determined). Normal hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
