Call Centre Agents - Variable Starts

Although previous customer service experience is preferable, we are willing to take on individuals who have recently left higher education and are looking for a kick start to their career.

Main Function of Job
To take cab and courier bookings from customers across London and the Home Counties in an efficient, accurate, friendly and timely manner.
Main Duties include
- Log in and answer incoming calls to the Call Centre
- Supporting new members of staff by dealing with any queries they may have
- Helping the control room when necessary
- Deal with customer, clients & colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
- Any ad-hoc duties passed to you by a manager
Essential Skills
- Customer Service
- Experience using Booking Database Platforms
- Typing and Spelling (Tested at interview)
- Interpersonal skills
- Punctuality
- Team player
Advantageous
Previous experience within a minicab or courier company and/or industry knowledge
Shifts available
- Full Time Afternoons (5 days our of 7 including some weekend work)
- Full Time Nights (5 days our of 7 including some weekend work)
- Part Time Weekend Days (Saturday/ Sunday)
- Part Time Weekend Afternoons (Saturday/ Sunday)
- Part Time Weekend Nights (Friday and Saturday)
(Please note that all our shifts have variable start times which mean that you have to be able to commit to working flexibly to accommodate the needs of the business, Days – 7am-10am flexible starts/ Afternoons 1pm-3pm flexible starts/ Nights 7pm-10pm flexible starts)
