Airport Transfers

Addison Lee’s fleet of 3,500 premium minicabs is available for airport transfers to all of London's airports, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Booking an airport transfer is straightforward – you can call us or book online and as with all our minicab services, you will receive a text message when your car is on its way and another when it is waiting outside.  Chauffeur driven Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class are also available for executive airport transfers on request.

Controllers at central office monitor the British Airport Authority website to check for flight delays, and will send your minicab or chauffeur driven car to arrive at the airport approximately 20 minutes before your flight is due to land. So if your incoming flight is delayed, Addison Lee will find out the estimated time of arrival from the BAA website and allocate your car accordingly. 

When you arrive back in London after your trip, your driver will be waiting in a designated area in Arrivals to escort you to your car. Your driver will also be pleased to assist you with your luggage.

Addison Lee is also the only company to offer airport transfer via Taxybike, which can whisk you from central London to Heathrow in just 35 minutes.
