Our dedicated and highly experienced event management team work closely with clients to plan a bespoke package for their events. Each and every event is coordinated by a dedicated member of the team who manages all aspects of the project to ensure that any special requirements are catered for.
With access to the Addison Lee fleet of 3,500 premium minicabs, 250 executive cars and luxury coaches, our event team is able to offer a complete solutions package, covering car and coach transportation, airport transfers, multi-site conferences, corporate hospitality, staff parties and even staff transportation for Christmas Day.
Before any event, our team will visit the client to discuss specific requirements and introduce their dedicated event manager. We will discuss the booking process, vehicle types available, name boards, any special instructions and the procedures we will place to help the event run smoothly.
Onsite co-ordinators attend each event to ensure that drivers are parked in the correct areas and to guide passengers to their allocated car. We are also able to provide ‘greeters’, available at any airport, for international clients and guests.
Invariably, as with any event, last minute changes can and do arise. However, the Addison Lee event team is on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that any amendments are actioned and accomodated for with the minimum of fuss. The event team will continue to monitor bookings and vehicles throughout each event, ensuring that any special instructions and late changes are communicated to staff and drivers promptly.
Client aftercare and feedback are vitally important to Addison Lee, so following each event, a debrief with the event manager takes place to discuss the overall management and implementation of the service and to see if any areas could be improved upon.
The Addison Lee event team has managed the transportation requirements of some of London’s most prestigious events over the past three years, including the supply of 1,800 cars for the bi-annual conference of a major multinational bank.
Some of our other notable projects have included the movement of 700 staff following a company Christmas party, and transporting 400 passengers in a single day from various locations to a high profile mobile phone launch.
Addison Lee is renowned for our outstanding customer service, this is evident in the number of clients that continue to book with the Addison Lee event team. For example, over the past three years we have we supplied 300 Mercedes S-Class executive cars to transport a client’s staff and guests to the Wimbledon Championships. Another client has used us since 2009 to manage the highly complex transfer of over 400 international clients from the London Airports to a number of Cambridge Universities over a four day event, all via our fleet of Mercedes E Class vehicles.
