Addison Lee has a fleet of more than 2,200 black people carriers that have become an integral part of London life. Every vehicle can carry up to 6 passengers and are all fitted with satellite navigation and air-conditioning as standard. Due to the sheer volume of our cars on the road, we are the only London private hire company capable of offering a within 15 minute pick-up time in central London and 20 minutes anywhere within the M25.
Every client receives a text alert when their cab is on its way and another when it is waiting outside. The text contains the car's registration details and the driver's mobile number, allowing passengers to feel certain they are getting into the right vehicle and enabling all of our clients to speak directly to the driver if they wish to do so.
