Addison Lee has carefully selected partners to provide pre-booked and on-demand minicab services in Manchester, Edinburgh, Liverpool and Cambridge.
The Addison Lee App tells customers what their journey is going to cost and lets them know exactly where their car is. It also gives them the option of paying on account or by card or cash, with both on demand and pre booked journeys catered for.
Addison Lee is now planning to roll out its App to a 10 further cities by the beginning of July. This is the largest expansion of its services in the company’s 40-year history.
Andy Boland, Addison Lee Chief Executive Officer adds, ‘Rolling out the App across the UK is a key part of our growth strategy. Working with our partners, we will have a presence in 25 UK cities by the end of the year”.
In Manchester, Addison Lee will hire 300 drivers as it rolls out its first car service outside of London later this year. The decision to operate in Manchester has been driven by demand from existing corporate clients who want a professional quality car service.
