Addison Lee launches customer loyalty scheme
Addison Lee unveils ‘Club Lee’ – A unique car service programme that rewards loyal customers
Addison Lee, Europe’s largest premium car service, today announces the launch of Club Lee – a new scheme for the businesses most loyal customers, enabling them to earn rewards and priority service.
The initiative, which is being rolled-out during Addison Lee’s 40th year, gives loyal customers the chance to build-up points in return for the journeys they take, enabling them to reach – Silver, Gold and Black status.
Customers across each level of loyalty will receive a sliding scale of benefits including discounted journeys, quicker collection times, guaranteed pre-bookable journeys during peak times, and upgrades to executive vehicles, as well as offers from Addison Lee and its partners.
The move, the first of its kind within the private hire industry, elevates Addison Lee and its premium approach to travel still further from its competition, giving those who regularly travel even more reason to make Europe’s largest private hire company their first choice.
The benefits available to Club Lee members will include:
- Earn points on the app, website or call centre
- Quicker pick-up times
- Exclusive discounts on fares
- Guaranteed pre-bookable journeys at peak times
- Free upgrades to executive vehicles
- Invitations and access to VIP tickets for a range of premium London events
To coincide with the launch of Club Lee, customers will also have the chance to tally up their loyalty points through the new version of the Addison Lee App, which is currently available to download for free from the Apple Store and Google Play Market. The update, designed to make the Addison Lee booking experience even easier, includes the following enhancements:
- New book-on-demand features – including ‘pick-me-up now’ and and ‘pick-me-up-later’ booking choices
- Flexible booking options – choice on preference of car, multiple payment options, promotional codes and airport pick-ups
- Driver tracking – updates on driver’s arrival, estimated arrival time and contact details
The app will also be available to download onto the new Apple Watch, which will give car riders the chance to book a car in seconds with three taps of the wrist. Devised to pick-up a customer straight from their current location, the Apple Watch version of the app will be able to book journeys to a selection of frequently used addresses, track the arrival of the driver and receive a range of booking updates.
Peter Boucher, Chief Commercial Officer at Addison Lee, commented:
“As we approached our 40th birthday we have spent a long time speaking with our customers to find out how we can make using Addison Lee even better, and it was from this process that Club Lee was created. Giving our loyal customers points for their journeys that in turn give them multiple benefits was a simple step, and one I’m delighted we’ve taken.
Our long-standing client relationships are what have helped us grow the business and put us in the position we are today, so Club Lee is our way of giving something back to those customers who use us regularly.”
