
‘Best Credit Technology’ Award goes to Addison Lee
Addison Lee, Europe’s leading private vehicle hire company, has won the award for ‘Best use of Credit Technology’ at the 2017 CICM British Credit Awards at The Lancaster Hotel in London on Tuesday evening. The company was awarded for its online credit card payment gateway which uses Cybersource to deliver a seamless brand experience for purchase and travel through fast detection and processing of good card transactions.
The judging panel were impressed with Addison Lee’s approach, saying “this company has demonstrated how a modern day problem can be tackled in new and innovative ways to place the customer first”.
The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) is Europe’s largest professional association for the credit community and works closely with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy in the UK. Addison Lee was competing against strong field, including HM Revenue and Customs, Manchester Debt Resolution Team who were highly commended by the judges.
