How to snooze your booking

The Addison Lee app enables you to snooze a pre-booked car in case you’re delayed or need a bit of extra time to get ready.

Before your car is on its way to you, you will receive a snooze notification.

Tap “snooze” from your app, and your car will arrive later.

You have the option to delay your car for fifteen, thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes, as many times as you like!
