The Position
We are hiring for a Bid Manager to support our sales team to drive an accurate and professional approach to the tender process in order to respond to the needs of our high-profile clients. This role provides an opportunity to help shape the function as part of a growing and collaborative team.
The Bid Manager will be responsible for orchestrating the creation of the solution and proposal as part of our opportunity management process on a global basis and works closely with the sales team to identify and inform key stakeholders according to their relevance, highlighting risk and monitoring changes.


What we are looking for?
This role would suit someone who is energetic and outgoing, with solid experience in bid writing and management. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and exude drive and passion. You will be a confident self-starter with the ability to influence and build relationships. You are tenacious, systematic and take a logical approach to problem solving with a ‘can do’ attitude and have a willingness to go above and beyond. You are flexible, open to change and work well either individually or as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing the bid library and documentation to ensure it is relevant and up to date
• Scoping bid tasks, appointments, and activities within the bid team
• Monitor changes that affect the bid process and minimise repetition of tasks where possible
• Manage the bid plan and reviews at each stage including pre-bid submission
• Liaising with and managing the collaboration amongst key stakeholders, such as Product, Solution Design, Pricing, Commercial, Finance and Global Services
