Corporate Communications Manager

To measurably build Addison Lee’s corporate reputation as a leader in premium ground transportation with key external audiences using a core of high quality content through traditional and social channels.

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE ROLE

Building and delivering a programme that fully engages and enthuses the Addison Lee team on our transformation journey, helping them understand the Group’s direction, the important role they are playing and motivating them through clearly articulating Addison Lee’s quality employer brand.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the changes to enhance our corporate communications.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Designing and implementing a corporate communications plan with clear targets, supported by all key stakeholders, that engages all of Addison Lee’s Group’s staff on the company’s transformation journey, making them ambassadors for the brand and the business
  • In partnership with your HR colleagues, putting in place a plan to bring the Addison Lee employer brand to life internally and externally
  • Management of press office, including media relations
  • Senior internal and external stakeholder management
  • Conception and delivery of corporate communications campaigns
  • Crisis management
  • In partnership with the copywriter, development, delivery and maintenance of corporate content calendar
  • Working with the external Communications Manager, maintenance of corporate social channels
  • Measurement of campaign success
  • Exploring the role that events can play in your plans and organising any relevant functions, liaising and consulting senior management
  • Media relations expert, with strong relationships in national business media
  • Background in crisis management
  • Expertise in development and delivery of successful thought leadership campaigns
  • Background in campaign and content planning and delivery
  • Familiarity with social channels and measurement tools

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 4-5 years in an agency background working successfully across multiple clients and briefs
  • Previous exposure to start-up environments would be a distinct advantage
  • Proof of successful corporate communication campaigns in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Evidence of planning and implementing successful corporate communication content programmes
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with considerable ambiguity
