The Customer Service Agent will ensure the smooth running of Addison Lee’s provision of ground transportation services and be the first-point-of-contact for customers.
So, whether they have had a short and sweet flight or a long arduous flight. Our team, will be there to greet them with a warm smile and a very high level of customer service.
This is a Part Time Night Shift position.
You will be working Saturday & Sunday 6pm to 6am.
The ideal candidate will a super friendly and outgoing individual. Our customers will be exiting their flights and electing us as the final part of their journey. It is key that we deliver high end customer service to all.
If you come from a customer facing background in retail, hospitality, customer service, etc, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Working with other team members to provide a smooth and seamless service
- Delivering the highest quality of customer service at all times
- Ensuring drivers are on rank and have been allocated the correct journeys
- Taking journey and passenger details from customers
