Digital Marketing Manager

Main Function of the Role

We are looking for a bright and ambitious marketing manager to lead digital marketing for Addison Lee. We are in an exciting growth period, and in this role you will shape the digital marketing vision and strategy. Working closely with marketing colleagues in the brand and loyalty teams and commercial stakeholders around the business, you will be the subject matter expert for online marketing. Your remit will include both driving performance optimisation and innovating new approaches and tools to take Addison Lee’s customer acquisition to the next level.

Main Duties

  • Develop and manage world class digital marketing campaigns to support B2B, B2C, courier, network and driver customer acquisition goals
  • Define and optimise paid search, programmatic advertising and affiliate efforts to maximise app usage and bookings
  • Manage our external agency, define and track KPIs, analyse performance
  • Define, build and test online creatives

About You

  • A strong track record in digital product marketing, including app experience
  • Experienced in managing outsourced 3rd party relationships (marketing agencies / partnerships)
  • Knows what excellence looks like in both B2B and B2C marketing areas
  • Self-starter; comfortable in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Incredibly customer focused, obsessed with deeply understanding customer behaviours and building an excellent proposition
  • Ability to influence and challenge, and to work constructively with leaders from diverse disciplines
  • Think strategically, stay on top of tactical execution, a great communicator
