Inside Sales Executive

The role is based in our London HQ, The Point, Paddington

Currently working in Membership Sales, Recruitment, Estate Agency or an Appointment Setting role but not quite getting what you want from it? We have a fantastic opening for an Inside Sales Executive to join our commercial team with a focus on driving revenue via outbound sales.

Main Accountabilities

  • Plan, prioritise and manage outbound sales activities to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain and develop effective relationships across all the relevant levels of the Account base
  • Ensure up selling and cross selling opportunities are developed and won; achieve an increased share of account portfolio
  • Act as a point of contact to the Global Account portfolio within Addison Lee Group, working with and supporting the Global Sales and Account Managers
  • Ensure that client expectations are met, co-ordinating resolution of any escalation of service issues and system service failures

Skills & Experience

  • You will ideally have a background in Appointment making and or Telemarketing
  • Experience of working in a sales driven targeted environment – ideally 12 months
  • Ability to work on different campaigns and adjust easily
  • You will be energetic and highly motivated
  • An ability to communicate, negotiate and influence effectively
