Product Manager

About the job

We’re looking for an innovative and dynamic Product Manager to take ownership of our Enterprise grade Driver Application.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Addison Lee Driver App product from experience design to delivery and maintenance
  • Gather business requirements and driver/customer insight to develop and manage the product roadmap
  • Continuous improvement of an industry-leading workflow application that meets the needs of our drivers and our business
  • Design industry-leading UX for all new features and work with a UI designer to deliver and prototype these new features
  • Use analytics, A/B testing tools and business data to make data-driven decisions about the product
  • Manage both the front end and back end development teams to ensure execution excellence and on-time delivery
  • Co-ordinate and drive through full end to end robust testing methodology across the tech stack from customer booking to back end processing
  • Build effective working relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders
  • Ensure Addison Lee’s driver application utilises all relevant technology developments
  • Work with other product owners to ensure consistency in delivering the roadmap and Addison Lee brand experience
  • Lead product focus groups and oversee product prototype user testing and feedback review
  • Participate in design, documentation, and QA testing when needed

Experience Required:

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships with stakeholders at all levels internally and external
  • Be confident working closely with development teams and being the interface between them and the business
  • Must be able to communicate detailed technical requirements to the development team and be able to articulate them in the form of external communications to the rest of the business
  • Experience in managing third-party suppliers
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills
  • Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Design Thinking approach to user experience design are preferred
  • Previous consumer product experience in addition to Enterprise product experience
  • Commercial awareness and experience in building business cases and managing budgets
  • Test management experience
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • 3+ years mobile product development or management experience (Android and iOS)
