The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist as part of a team of two. In this front facing role you will often be the first impression of Addison Lee, responsible for directing our incoming clients and business partners to the relevant departments.

If you are immaculately presented with a warm professional and confident personality, then this could be for you. You will be a confident communicator with excellent customer service and administration skills along with previous experience in a customer facing role.

 Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Work with the Front of House Receptionist to ensure the processes and procedures are adhered to
  • Providing professional meet and greet service
  • Meeting & Greeting Visitors – ensuring all visitors are logged and booked in
  • Dealing with all incoming & outgoing post
  • General Reception Administration duties that include answering the phone and redirecting incoming e-mails
  • Preparing refreshments for meetings
  • Keeping electronic diaries for the meeting rooms
  • Provide a friendly and helpful service to all employees working within the company

Skills & Experience

  • Team work and ability to share responsibilities as a front of house team
  • Demonstrable previous receptionist experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer service experience
