As the face of the Addison Lee UK Overnights and International business. You will be delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients. From processing bookings and orders to assisting the warehouse and allocating work to drivers. You will be play a key role in the smooth running of the operation.
This role will be Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday for business requirements.
The successful candidate will come from a background in Overnight and International Couriering or roles similiar. Like a Shipping Clerk or a Logistics Coordinator. You will be a great communicator with an impeccable telephone manner. Highly organised, with the ability to multi task in a busy environment full of tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Taking bookings from clients
- Dealing with all queries in relation to pricing and shipping delays
- Processing shipments for despatch
- Some lifting (of parcels/goods)
- Allocating work to drivers
- Any other duties required by management
