UK Relationship Manager

As UK Partner Manager you will manage and maintain Addison Lee’s existing relationships with our core UK partners, ranging from managing key SLAs, contractual compliance and ongoing financial viability ensuring that our partners are delivering the “Addison Lee Experience”

Just as important will be your responsibility to source, screen and meet potential new partners and their integration in to our existing network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As UK Relationship Manager you will manage and maintain Addison Lee’s existing relationships with our core UK partners, ranging from managing key SLAs, contractual compliance and ongoing financial viability ensuring that our partners are delivering the “Addison Lee Experience”
Just as important will be your responsibility to source, screen and meet potential new partners and their integration in to our existing network.

  • Target recruitment of new Network Partners throughout the UK; identify and recruit high quality, reliable taxi, car and chauffeur companies
  • Agree prices within agreed thresholds
  • Develop and ensure that the on-boarding process is effective and of the highest standard
  • Check all documentation including operator’s licence, personal liability insurance and drivers insurance checking processes
  • Set up all partners on Salesforce, Shamrock and other systems as necessary
  • Undertake testing on all new partners
  • Carry out annual checks with licensing authorities to ensure that licences remain valid
  • Organise, carry out and record spot checks on vehicle quality
  • Monitor service delivery quality and make interventions where this falls below required standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven track record of B2B client facing experience where you have managed relationships with affiliates / partners on a day-to-day basis
  • Deal with issues as and when they occur; holding difficult conversations with key partners
  • On boarding of new affiliates / partners to work with us at Addison Lee
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and comfortable selling the “Addison Lee experience” on a face to face basis to bring on new partners to the organisation
  • Highly organised and efficient, possessing the ability to multi-task at ease
  • Strong experience in contract, commercial or partner management and negotiation experience
