Award Winning Year

As a business that prides itself on delivering a premium, high quality service across everything we offer, we were very proud to be recognised by three award committees this year. What’s particularly great about these awards is that each one covers a core area of our business too, which tells us we’re doing the right things for all our clients.

Taxi Summit Awards – PHV Company of the Year Award

The Taxi Summit Awards celebrate the achievements of leading industry fleets and suppliers and recognises the hard work it takes to continue driving the industry forward. That’s why we were very delighted to receive their top prize in the private hire vehicle category – National PHV Company of the Year!

QSi Awards – Environmental Award

The QSi Awards are the benchmark for excellence in the Private Hire, Chauffeur, and Taxi industry, so we were very pleased that Addison Lee was recognised for its commitment to cleaning up London’s air.

This is a particularly important award for us, given our pledge to have an all-electric fleet by the end of 2023. We’re proud of our progress so far, with over 6 million EV miles driven and 2million KGs of carbon removed from London’s air.

National Courier Awards – Client Collaboration Award

The National Courier Awards recognises the best of the best in the courier industry.

The game changer on the customer project spotlighted for our award was implementing change to allow customers to have ultimate control of their own deliveries. From online booking, auto allocation, and now, interactive customer engagement, the Addison Lee courier service was recognised for its ability to offer the highest levels of functionality for all relevant stakeholders.

The technology that sits behind our operation, alongside the broad knowledge base of our people has successfully improved overall customer experience.
