FAQs
Why do you need the flight number when picking up from airports?
Providing your flight number when booking allows us to track your flight in real time. This means we can adjust your driver’s arrival if your flight is early or delayed, helping to avoid unnecessary waiting time.
For our Airport Exec, Airport + and Airport Select services, your booking also includes complimentary waiting time (up to 60 minutes) and parking, so your driver will be ready when you land.
What happens if my flight has been delayed?
If you’ve provided your flight number, we’ll monitor your flight and adjust your driver’s arrival time accordingly.
When you’ve booked our Airport Exec, Airport + or Airport Select services, your booking includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time on arrivals, so your driver will still be there to meet you without additional charges (within this period).
What happens if my flight has been cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible by cancelling your booking via our app or website.
If you’ve provided your flight number, we may be able to identify the cancellation, but it remains your responsibility to cancel the booking if you no longer need the journey.
You can then easily make a new booking for your updated travel plans.
What happens if my flight arrives earlier than scheduled?
If you’ve added your flight number, we’ll track your flight and, where possible, adjust your driver’s arrival time to match your early landing.
This helps ensure your driver is there as close to your arrival time as possible.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
At most UK airports, your driver will meet you in Arrivals with a name board.
- At Heathrow Terminal 5 (international arrivals), your driver will meet you at the Meeting Point South, which is clearly signposted.
- Full meeting instructions will always be included in your booking confirmation email.
For international airports, your driver will usually meet you in Arrivals. However, in some locations (such as certain US airports), meet-and-greet may not be permitted – in these cases, we’ll provide clear alternative instructions in advance.
As part of our service, we track your flight and adjust your driver’s arrival time to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
What is the difference between booking Airport Services and standard bookings – why are they more expensive?
Our Airport Services (Airport Select, Airport +, and Airport Exec) are specifically designed to provide a more seamless and stress-free airport journey compared to standard bookings.

What is the difference in pricing between Airport Select, Airport +, and Airport Exec?
The difference in pricing reflects the vehicle type, size, and passenger capacity offered by each service tier:
- Airport Select – Volkswagen ID.4, suitable for up to 4 passengers and 3 suitcases
- Airport + – Volkswagen Multivan, suitable for up to 6 passengers and 4 suitcases
- Airport Exec – Premium vehicles such as Audi A6/A8 or Mercedes E-Class/S-Class, chauffeur service and suitable for up to 3 passengers and 3 suitcases
Each tier is designed to match different group sizes and comfort preferences, while all still include the same all-inclusive pricing, priority service, and on-time guarantee.
