2025 Survey Competition
The survey competition (the “Competition”) taking place between 9:00am on 2nd September 2025 and 5:30pm on 26th September 2025 (the “Competition Period”) is being offered by Addison Lee Limited having its registered office at The Point, 37 North Wharf Road, London, England, W2 1AF (the “Company or Addison Lee”). Please read the following terms and conditions (“the Rules”) carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Competition:
- The Competition will run during the Competition Period.
- All Competition entries must be received by Addison Lee during the Competition Period. All Competition entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be valid or counted.
- To enter the Competition, you must during the Competition period complete the survey communicated to you by Addison Lee via email (“the Survey”).
- The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Addison Lee does not accept any responsibility for any technical or other difficulties encountered by entrants in entering the Competition or any entries that are delayed or corrupted. Addison Lee shall owe no liability to any entrant who is unable to submit their entry or any reason including without limitation due to any problem or incompatibility of the entrant’s failure device, any communication network or any system or server of Addison Lee.
- Entrants are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to participation in the Competition, such as the cost of accessing the internet.
- By completing the Survey, you are agreeing to be unconditionally bound by and to comply with these Rules and the decisions of Addison Lee, which shall be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Competition.
- Eligibility
- The Competition is open to all those who complete the Survey in full, aged 18 years or over, except:
- employees or subcontractors engaged by Addison Lee or any of its holding or subsidiary companies or other companies within Addison Lee’s group;
- employees of agents, subcontractors or suppliers of Addison Lee or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration;
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above;
- any person not being an individual natural person; or
- any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert.
- Addison Lee may: (i) extend any time limit or waive any of the Rules where a person might otherwise have been disqualified (without obliging Addison Lee to relax the Rules on any further occasion for that entrant or at all for any other person); (ii) terminate, extend or suspend the Competition at any time where this is necessary or desirable to do so; and (iii) substitute a product deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of equal or greater value in the place of any of the prizes (or any part of a prize to the extent divisible). Addison Lee’s decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with these Rules shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- By entering the Competition you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that there is nothing restricting you from claiming the Prize. Addison Lee may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
- Addison Lee will not accept Competition entries that are:
- automatically generated through any electronic means;
- completed by third parties or in bulk;
- illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
- are duplicate entries (including by the use of multiple accounts); or
- Addison Lee reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is dishonest, unethical or runs contrary to the spirit or the intention of the Competition or these Rules, or which it considers may bring the Adison Lee brand into disrepute. The decision of Addison Lee is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- The Competition is open to all those who complete the Survey in full, aged 18 years or over, except:
- The Prize
- There will be one winner selected from all valid entries under clause 2. The winner will win a £250 voucher for Booking.com (the “Prize”).
- The Prize is subject to availability. Addison Lee reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
- The Prize is not negotiable or transferable. There is no cash alternative for the Prize. The Prize cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss, theft or missed opportunity. The winner may not substitute, assign or transfer the Prize, whether in whole or in part but Addison Lee reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value.
- All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and/or use and not specified in these Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- If the Prize is un-awarded, unclaimed, not delivered or not redeemed in accordance with these Rules, or subject to claims which become invalid or which are adjudged void at any time, the Prize will lapse and may be re-awarded by Addison Lee (but without obligation to do so).
- Winner
- The winner will be drawn by Addison Lee following the end of the Competition Period (“Draw Date”). The winner will be selected at random using an online generator.
- The winner will be contacted by Addison Lee via email. In order to claim the Prize you must respond to the email sent by Addison Lee within 48 hours of Addison Lee’s email. The winner will be asked to reply and confirm acceptance of the Prize, full name, phone number and any other details required by Addison Lee for the operation of the Competition. If the winner fails to submit this information within 48 hours of Addison Lee’s email notifying them they have won, Addison Lee reserve the right (in their sole discretion) to withdraw the Prize or draw an alternative winner.
- The decision of Addison Lee is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- The winner agrees that Addison Lee may use their name and image in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. If you object to any or all of your name and image being published or made available, please contact Addison Lee marketing@addisonlee.com. Addison Lee must still provide information where required by law or regulatory authority.
- Addison Lee may ask the winner for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.
- Claiming the Prize
- You must claim the Prize in accordance with these Rules. Please refer to the details of how to claim in condition 2. If you do not claim the Prize within a reasonable timeframe your right to claim the Prize will be forfeited.
- The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
- Addison Lee will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available after a reasonable number of attempts to contact them, the winners right to claim the Prize will be forfeited. Addison Lee may at its sole discretion offer the Prize to another eligible entrant.
- Limitation of liability
- As a condition of entering, entrants agree that to the extent permitted by law, Addison Lee, its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, franchisees, prize providers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against any liability for any losses or damages of any kind to property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Competition. Nothing in these Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of a Released Party for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Released Party’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Addison Lee excludes all liability for any costs, expenses, loss or damage including indirect, consequential or economic losses arising (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) out of or in connection with an entrant’s participation in the Competition, entry into these Rules or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
- Data protection and publicity
In administering this Competition, Addison Lee may collect personal information from any entrant and, unless it has first obtained the entrant’s consent, Addison Lee (i) will not collect more of the entrant’s personal information than needed for the purpose of administering and analysing this Competition (including carrying checks as stated) and for posting features on its website which are informed by one or more entry-submissions; and (ii) will only use the entrant’s personal information for those purposes (and such use may include transferring the entrant’s personal information to Addison Lee’s respective associates.) Addison Lee’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.addisonlee.com/privacy-policy.
- General
- The Company reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so. For the avoidance of doubt, the Competition will be brought to a close when Addison Lee receives 1000 completions.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Rules, Addison Lee may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.
- Addison Lee reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Competition where it becomes necessary in its sole discretion to do so.
- No term of these Rules shall be enforceable by any person who is not a party to them, save that, to the extent Addison Lee deem it appropriate, Addison Lee shall be entitled to treat any of their rights under the Rules as having been granted for the benefit of their group companies, and/or one or more of their agencies and commercial partners.
- These Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or any other matter arising in connection with the Competition or these Rules.
Starlight Express Night Out
These terms and conditions are the rules (the “Rules”) that govern the Addison Lee competition called Starlight Express Night Out (the “Competition”) taking place between (and including) 17:00 on 11th August until 23:59 on 31st August, or such other period as Addison Lee may specify from time to time (the “Competition Period”).
- The Promotor
- The promoter of the Promotion is Addison Lee Limited (Company Number: 01205530) whose registered office is at The Point, 37 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1AF (“Addison Lee”).
- The Competition
- The title of the competition is “Starlight Express Night Out”.
- Eligibility
- Each person who enters the Competition (each an “Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of Addison Lee, which shall be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Competition.
- An Entrant, whose entry is selected as the potential winning entry for the prize must remain in compliance with and abide by these Rules. Addison Lee reserve the right to verify the eligibility of Entrants to take part in the Competition. Addison Lee may require such information as they consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry.
- By entering this Competition you consent to receiving marketing communications from Addison Lee and Starlight Express. You can opt out of receiving marketing at any time by contacting privacy@addisonlee.com.
- The Competition is open to new and existing customers who are aged 18 and over on the day of entry. The following are not eligible to participate:
- employees of Addison Lee and their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the Competition;
- employees of any company responsible for redemption of prizes/vouchers or for supplying prizes for the Competition and their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors;
- other persons assisting with this Competition;
- any person not being an individual natural person;
- any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert;
- any person entering via an agent or using the services of or which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize competitions; and
- any individual who is an employee of an Addison Lee group business client and had entered this Competition using an Instagram account with their employer.
- All entries must be complete and made directly by the person entering the Competition. Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified. Entries made by anyone found to be using multiple accounts for the purposes of entering the Competition shall be ineligible.
- Entrants must ensure all participants involved in the Competition including any guests coming to the Prize venue are 18+.
- How to Enter
- To enter the competition all Entrants must during the Competition Period:
4.1.1 On the landing page:
- fill out the required detail fields; and
- agree to opting in to marketing preferences for Addison Lee Limited.
4.1.2 On Instagram:
- follow Addison Lee Cabs Instagram page @AddisonLeeCabs (if the Entrant is not following already);
- follow Starlight Express’ Instagram page @starlightexpressldn (if the Entrant is not following already).
- Entries must not contain, as determined by Addison Lee in its sole discretion, any content that:
- promotes illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing);
- promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
- promotes any particular political agenda or message;
- be obscene, offensive or inappropriate;
- endorses any form of hate or hate group;
- appears to knowingly duplicate any other submitted entries;
- defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
- be profane, sexually explicit or suggestive, or unnecessarily violent or derogatory, whether of any person, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, profession, age or otherwise;
- denigrates the Addison Lee brand or products, the Competition, or any other third-party brand, product or service;
- communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will with which Addison Lee wishes to be associated; and/or
- violates, or incite any violation of, any law.
- In the event an entry contains any of the aforementioned content, that entry will be deemed null and void. Addison Lee reserves the right to review, edit, alter or remove any entry in its sole discretion, which does not comply with these Rules or which Addison Lee reasonably believes does not comply with these Rules or if an Entrant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of these Rules.
- Entries submitted outside of the Competition Period shall not be valid or counted.
- The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- The entry must not infringe upon the copyright, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
- The winner will be selected by Addison Lee at random for all valid entries. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Addison Lee does not accept any responsibility for any technical or other difficulties encountered by Entrants in entering the Competition or any entries that are delayed or corrupted.
- Entrants are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to the participation in the Competition, such as the costs of accessing the internet.
- Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and be logged in to their account with their settings set to public to enter. Entrants who post their entries using a wireless device may be charged according to their rate plans with their wireless carriers.
- Addison Lee reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or if, in its reasonable opinion, it considers that there is a risk that the Entrant may bring the Addison Lee brand into disrepute.
- The Prize
- There is one (1) prize available to win. The prize is:

- Four tickets to Starlight Express at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre and
- an overnight stay for four at Virgin Hotels, Shoreditch based on four people sharing a Grand Chamber King room, with breakfast at the hotel and
- a return Addison Lee passenger vehicle journey to Troubadour Theatre, Wembley whereby the passenger pick-up location must be within the M25 (the “Prize”).
- The Prize is not negotiable or transferable. No part of the Prize may be exchanged for any cash or other alternative (whether the maximum value of the Prize has been used or not), it is not transferable, divisible, permitted to be sold or resold and may not be used in conjunction with any other Competition or offer. The Prize cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss, theft or missed opportunity. In the event that Addison Lee wishes to increase the prize pool for the Competition, it may (but shall not be obliged to) do so. Addison Lee reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value.
- All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and/or use and not specified in these Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the Prize. Each winner may not substitute, assign or transfer the Prize, whether in whole or in part but Addison Lee reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value.
- The recipient of the journey must be aged 18 or over. The journey is only valid on Addison Lee’s own taxi fleet and does not include other Addison Lee services or services that are provided by any third party.
- The winner must redeem the Prize by 27th February 2026 (“Redemption Date”).
- Winner
- The winner will be drawn by Addison Lee following the end of the Competition Period (“Draw Date”). The winner will be selected at random using an online generator.
- The winner will contacted via email or phone number by the Addison Lee team. The winner will be asked to reply and confirm acceptance of the Prize, full name, phone number and any other details required by Addison Lee for the operation of the Competition (the “Winner’s Response Message”). If the winner fails to submit this information within 48 hours of Addison Lee’s direct message notifying them they have own, Addison Lee reserve the right (in their sole discretion) to withdraw the Prize or draw an alternative winner.
- The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf.
- If the Prize is un-awarded, unclaimed or subject to claims which become invalid or which are adjudged void at any time, the Prize will lapse and may be re-awarded by Addison Lee (but without obligation to do so). This includes any prize where the Winner’s Response Message is received by Addison Lee after the timeframe provided for response. Addison Lee does not accept any liability for delay or non-delivery of notification emails to winners or Winner’s Response Message.
- The winner agrees to take part in reasonable, unpaid publicity on behalf of Addison Lee and being announced as a winner on Addison Lee’s social media accounts along with their first name and prize. Such publicity and advertising may take place at any time or date after the entry has been submitted. No further consideration will be given for this.
- Limitation of liability and warranty

- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). - As a condition of entering, Entrants agree that to the extent permitted by law, Addison Lee, Instagram, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, franchisees, prize providers, advertising and Competition agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability for any losses or damages of any kind to property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Competition or any Competition-related activities. - Entrants acknowledge and accept that Instagram is not associated with the Competition, does not act as a sponsor or promoter of the Competition, nor does it endorse or administer the Competition in any manner. Use of Instagram remains subject to service’s particular terms of use and privacy policies which Entrants must agree to and comply with at all times in connection with their participation in the Competition.
- Addison Lee is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the Instagram service that may interfere with the Competition or ability of Entrants to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with Addison Lee via Instagram in which case Addison Lee, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Competition.
- Personal Data
- The winner agrees that Addison Lee may use his/her name, imagine and likeness in any manner (including a photograph, film or recording of the same) and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- In administering this Competition, Addison Lee may collect personal information form any Entrant and, unless it has first obtained the Entrant’s consent, Addison Lee:

- extend any time limit or waive any of the Rules where a person might otherwise have been disqualified (without obliging Addison Lee to relax the Rules on any further occasion for that Entrant or at all for any other person);
- terminate, extend or suspend the Competition at any time including where this is necessary or desirable due to supervening circumstances beyond Addison Lee’s control; and
- substitute a product deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of comparable or greater value in the place of any of the prizes (or any part of a prize to the extent divisible).
- Addison Lee’s decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with these Rules shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- Addison Lee reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify Entrants that do not comply with these Rules or the spirit thereof or any Entrant who they reasonably believe has interfered with the fair running of the Competition.
- No term of these Rules shall be enforceable by any person who is not a party to them, save that, to the extent Addison Lee deem it appropriate, Addison Lee shall be entitled to treat any of their rights under the Rules as having been granted for the benefit of their group companies, and/or one or more of their agencies and commercial partners.

- As a condition of entering, Entrants agree that to the extent permitted by law, Addison Lee, your email provider, your phone provider, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, franchisees, prize providers, advertising and Competition agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability for any losses or damages of any kind to property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Competition or any Competition-related activities. Nothing in these Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of a Released Party for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Released Party’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Addison Lee excludes all liability for any costs, expenses, loss or damage including indirect, consequential or economic losses arising (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) out of or in connection with an Entrant’s participation in the Competition, entry into these Rules or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
- Entrants acknowledge and accept that your email provider and phone provider is not associated with the Competition, does not act as a sponsor or promoter of the Competition, nor does it endorse or administer the Competition in any manner. Use of your email provider and phone provider remains subject to service’s particular terms of use and privacy policies which Entrants must agree to and comply with at all times in connection with their participation in the Competition.
- Addison Lee is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of the email provider’s and phone provider’s service that may interfere with the Competition or ability of Entrants to timely enter, receive notices or communicate with Addison Lee via your email provider and phone provider in which case Addison Lee, in its sole discretion, may terminate or modify the Competition.

- The winner agrees that Addison Lee may use his/her name, imagine and likeness in any manner (including a photograph, film or recording of the same) and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

- Addison Lee may:
- extend any time limit or waive any of the Rules where a person might otherwise have been disqualified (without obliging Addison Lee to relax the Rules on any further occasion for that Entrant or at all for any other person);
- terminate, extend or suspend the Competition at any time including where this is necessary or desirable due to supervening circumstances beyond Addison Lee’s control; and
- substitute a product deemed to be an appropriate replacement and of comparable or greater value in the place of any of the prizes (or any part of a prize to the extent divisible).
- Addison Lee’s decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with these Rules shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- Addison Lee reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify Entrants that do not comply with these Rules or the spirit thereof or any Entrant who they reasonably believe has interfered with the fair running of the Competition.
- No term of these Rules shall be enforceable by any person who is not a party to them, save that, to the extent Addison Lee deem it appropriate, Addison Lee shall be entitled to treat any of their rights under the Rules as having been granted for the benefit of their group companies, and/or one or more of their agencies and commercial partners.
- These Rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or any other matter arising in connection with the Competition or these Rules.

The Grove Hotel
These terms and conditions are the rules (the “Rules”) that govern the Addison Lee competition called Addison Lee x Grove Hotel (the “Competition”) taking place between (and including) Tuesday 3rd December 2024 on 11:00am until Monday 23rd December 2024 on 11:00pm, or such other period as Addison Lee may specify from time to time (the “Competition Period”).
- The Promotor
- The promoter of the Promotion is Addison Lee Limited (Company Number: 01205530) whose registered office is at The Point, 37 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1AF (“Addison Lee”).
- The Competition
- The title of the competition is “Addison Lee x Grove Hotel”.
- Eligibility
- Each person who enters the Competition (each an “Entrant”) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of Addison Lee, which shall be final and binding with respect to all aspects of the Competition.
- An Entrant, whose entry is selected as the potential winning entry for the prize must remain in compliance with and abide by these Rules. Addison Lee reserve the right to verify the eligibility of Entrants to take part in the Competition. Addison Lee may require such information as they consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry.

- The Competition is open to new and existing customers who are aged 18 and over on the day of entry. The following are not eligible to participate:
- employees of Addison Lee and their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the Competition;
- employees of any company responsible for redemption of prizes/vouchers or for supplying prizes for the Competition and their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisors;
- other persons assisting with this Competition;
- any person not being an individual natural person;
- any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert;
- any person entering via an agent or using the services of or which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize competitions; and
- any individual who is an employee of an Addison Lee group business client and had entered this Competition using an email address with their employer.
- All entries must be complete and made directly by the person entering the Competition. Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified. Entries made by anyone found to be using multiple accounts for the purposes of entering the Competition shall be ineligible.
- Entrants must ensure all participants involved in the Competition including any guests coming to the Prize venue are 18+.
- How to Enter
- To enter the competition all Entrants must during the Competition Period:
4.1.1 On the landing page:
- fill out the required detail fields; and
- agree to opting in to marketing preferences for Addison Lee and Grove Hotel.
- Entries must not contain, as determined by Addison Lee in its sole discretion, any content that:
- promotes illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing);
- promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous;
- promotes any particular political agenda or message;
- be obscene, offensive or inappropriate;
- endorses any form of hate or hate group;
- appears to knowingly duplicate ant other submitted entries;
- defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
- be profane, sexually explicit or suggestive, or unnecessarily violent or derogatory, whether of any person, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, profession, age or otherwise;
- denigrates the Addison Lee brand or products, the Competition, or any other third-party brand, product or service;
- communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will with which Addison Lee wishes to be associated; and/or
- violates, or incite any violation of, any law.
- In the event an entry contains any of the aforementioned content, that entry will be deemed null and void. Addison Lee reserves the right to review, edit, alter or remove any entry in its sole discretion, which does not comply with these Rules or which Addison Lee reasonably believes does not comply with these Rules or if an Entrant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of these Rules.
- Entries submitted outside of the Competition Period shall not be valid or counted.
- The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- The entry must not infringe upon the copyright, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
- The winner will be selected by Addison Lee at random for all valid entries. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Addison Lee does not accept any responsibility for any technical or other difficulties encountered by Entrants in entering the Competition or any entries that are delayed or corrupted.
- Entrants are responsible for all costs and expenses relating to the participation in the Competition, such as the costs of accessing the internet.
- Addison Lee reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or if, in its reasonable opinion, it considers that there is a risk that the Entrant may bring the Addison Lee brand into disrepute.
- You can only enter the Competition once. We will only count the first entry received; all other entries won’t count.
- The Prize
- There is one (1) prize available to win. The prize is:
- An overnight stay for two (2) guests (aged 18 or over) at The Grove Hotel in Hertfordshire;
- Dinner for two (2) guests (aged 18 or over) at the hotel;
- The choice of a spa treatment or round of golf for each guest; and
- A return Addison Lee passenger vehicle journey to Chandler’s Cross, Watford WD3 4TG whereby the passenger pick-up location must be within the M25 (the “Prize”).
- The Prize is subject to availability. Addison Lee reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
- The Prize is not negotiable or transferable. No part of the Prize may be exchanged for any cash or other alternative (whether the maximum value of the Prize has been used or not), it is not transferable, divisible, permitted to be sold or resold and may not be used in conjunction with any other Competition or offer. The Prize cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss, theft or missed opportunity. In the event that Addison Lee wishes to increase the prize pool for the Competition, it may (but shall not be obliged to) do so. Addison Lee reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value.
- All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and/or use and not specified in these Rules as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the Prize. Each winner may not substitute, assign or transfer the Prize, whether in whole or in part but Addison Lee reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value.
- The recipient of the journey must be aged 18 or over. The journey is only valid on Addison Lee’s own taxi fleet and does not include other Addison Lee services or services that are provided by any third party.
- The winner must redeem the Prize by 3rd December 2025 (“Redemption Date”).
- There is one (1) prize available to win. The prize is:

- The winner will be drawn by Addison Lee following the end of the Competition Period (“Draw Date”). The winner will be selected at random using an online generator.
- The winner will be contacted via email or phone number by the Addison Lee team on or around the 23rd to the 24th December 2024. The winner will be asked to reply and confirm acceptance of the Prize, full name, phone number and any other details required by Addison Lee for the operation of the Competition (the “Winner’s Response Message”). If the winner fails to submit this information within 48 hours of Addison Lee’s direct message notifying them they have own, Addison Lee reserve the right (in their sole discretion) to withdraw the Prize or draw an alternative winner.
- The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf.
- If the Prize is un-awarded, unclaimed or subject to claims which become invalid or which are adjudged void at any time, the Prize will lapse and may be re-awarded by Addison Lee (but without obligation to do so). This includes any prize where the Winner’s Response Message is received by Addison Lee after the timeframe provided for response. Addison Lee does not accept any liability for delay or non-delivery of notification emails to winners or Winner’s Response Message.
- The winner agrees to take part in reasonable, unpaid publicity on behalf of Addison Lee and being announced as a winner on Addison Lee’s social media accounts along with their first name and prize. Such publicity and advertising may take place at any time or date after the entry has been submitted. No further consideration will be given for this.

- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
