Sub-Processors

Below is a list of Sub-Processors that Addison Lee and its group companies may use in accordance with the terms of Addison Lee’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy:

  • Drivers who are self-employed and contracted to Addison Lee or any Addison Lee Group Member (as opposed to being employees of Addison Lee or any Addison Lee Group Member) to provide services.
  • Fulfilment Partner drivers based in the territory in which you request services. A list of territories in which we provide services is set out at https://www.addisonlee.com/services/global.
  • Advertisers and e-marketing companies (with your consent) located in the UK that store your personal data in the UK to select and serve relevant marketing and adverts to you and others.
  • Cloud service providers that provide SaaS and IaaS solutions.
  • Communications technology providers for product notifications.
  • Our insurance company and claims handling partners, for the purpose of investigating and settling any insurance claims.
  • Analytics and search engine providers located in the UK and USA that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the Websites and Apps.
  • Merchant acquirers located in the UK and USA, which store your personal data in the UK and USA for the purpose of processing payments.
  • Fraud prevention tool providers located in the UK and USA for the purposes of preventing fraud.
  • IT support service providers who support and maintain our booking platform and who may access data at our premises, working on secure servers hosted in the UK.
  • ComfortDelGro Corporation Limited (and its group of companies), our parent company located in Singapore, for purposes such as centralizing operations, providing shared services, reporting, ensuring consistent standards across our group, and complying with applicable contractual, legal, regulatory or internal policy requirements. Transfers are made in compliance with applicable data protection laws and safeguarded by appropriate contractual and technical measures including an appropriate transfer mechanism.
