Customer Experience Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our brand new, state of the art Contact Centre based in Peterborough.

Operating hours: Monday – Sunday, 8am – 12pm variable start time (37.5 hours a week), 5 days out of 7.

We are currently recruiting for a positive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Advisor at our brand new Contact Centre in Cygnet Park, Peterborough. We are looking for people who do the right thing, get the job done and provide brilliant service to each and every customer who contacts our service centre.

You will enjoy investigating issues and finding resolutions to problems as well as maintaining good customer relations with accounts holders and consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to and resolving customer queries via telephone and email
  • Provide the first point of contact for customers’ resolving queries and liaise other Addison Lee departments to ensure prompt solution
  • Ensure customer service queries and issues are resolved to an exceptional standard both promptly and efficiently
  • Accurately maintaining the customer database
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Organising your workload to meet client demand
  • Following-up and providing feedback to clients, providing a complete end-to-end customer service experience when bringing cases to a close
  • Maintain positive relationships with the customer to ensure we rebuild their trust and confidence to use out services again
  • Supporting the Customer Service Centre with incoming bookings when required
